Start a new order and select the Drop-off option.

    Upload clear photos of all boxes/items you’ll store so we can verify what’s coming.

    Ensure each box/item is visible. Sealed boxes recommended.

    Pick a Time Slot & Submit

    Select a convenient time slot and submit your request.

    Availability is shown in the app.

    Approval & Instructions

    Once approved, you’ll receive the exact drop-off location and instructions by email.

    Note: the drop-off location is in Manhattan, Financial District.

    Bring Your Items

    Arrive during your slot. A Sort assistant will be waiting to help with the handover.

    We’ll help you unload and check in your boxes/items.
